Located in the heart of Historic Ellicott City, Precious Gifts is the largest collectible store in Howard County. First opened as a small second floor shop in 1991, it was intended to sell mainly Hummel figurines. Three years later, it would move to a larger space up the street where many more collections would be offered. In 1998, Precious Gifts expanded into the neighboring "Ellicott City Theater", becoming the gallery it is today. |
